Jovan makes great room fresheners. They have some great scents, although virtually no longevity or projection. Not something I'd wear out, but they're good around the house fragrances.

Thanks for the comment! I do find that on my skin they have a surprising amount of longevity compared to the reports of others. It seems to be another case of YMMV.

I enjoy Jovan Musk. A true classic for men. My Father still wears this as do I on occasion. Thank you for this video!! I enjoy these reviews as they help me make a decision on whether or not to purchase items of interest.

I’m about to buy the Jovian for men OG and they have a bunch for cheap like $12.50 for a 3oz. Cologne and they also have the after shave for a little more but it’s 8oz. But I also saw a few of the original formula for $11. for 2oz. and may get that one instead. I actually never smelled ot or had it , but my friend say it’s a great old fragrance from the 70’s and 80’s. Oh and I meant they have a bunch on eBay and cheap.

It is a pretty inexpensive fragrance, and I like it quite a bit. That being said, I always start with the smallest bottle of any new product, and try it a few times to see if it is for me.

The Jovan for Musk is the closest thing that I have right now to a Signature Scent. Love it. I guess that just proves how old school I am. Thanks for the review.

The best Jovan is Ginseng NRG. Musk oil for men is also alright, as is grass oil for men. All the rest suck.

Hi. I’ve tried with no luck, to find the original Jovan Musk Oil for men. All the stuff out there I see is alcohol based and the scent wears off after an hour or so. The original I bought in late 70’s early 80’s and was in a small plastic travel bottle. I could put it on on the warning and it would still be smelling great in the evening. Any idea of where any of the old stuff is? I’ve tried EBay but no luck.

Jovan musk OG is now a good joke. You need to spray 8-10 times and no longevity, maybe 1-1.5 hours.

Comparing the new bottle I got to an older bottle of the aftershave, I can see a definite difference in quality. I'll probably make a new review of the OG to point that out. Thanks for the contribution to the channel!
