I liked 1 & 4 the best! 2 needed a lot of work and the flooring issue will probably be an expensive fix. Can’t wait to see which one you guys picked! I’m sure Bella girl cannot wait to have a yard!!

I liked house #1 and 4. The shifting floors in house #2 concerns me. I think house #1 would suit you the best for a starter home.

Hello! How exciting to look for your first home. Just from what you were able to film and describe, house #4 seemed the best. It was very cute and looked move-in ready but you didn't mention a back yard? #1 has no yard, just an alley? #2 needed a lot of work. Can't comment on #3 (no film). But I know you picked what made you the happiest. Best wishes!
