I had one teacher, in high school. She was 100% the only reason I graduated. She was set to retire, a year before I graduated. She stuck it out that one more year because she wanted to see me get through and was afraid I might drop out if she left. (She was right, I would have) So, thank you Miss B if you happen to ever see this comment.

My daughter was very shy since birth! She never let anyone hold her except me, my husband, and my brother. She would run away whenever she met someone she didn't know, I couldn't bring her to malls, parks, zoos, bcz she would cry a lot whenever she is in the crowds. The only thing that calm her down is water, she loves bath time. Kindergarten was tough for her, however this particular teacher, Miss Y, was very patient to her. Whenever my girl felt anxious, Miss Y would hold her. Sometimes for hours. From CCTV I saw that Miss Y brought her to the school pool, they swam together, played splashing water, and finally she got my daughter's trust. Slowly, my daughter agreed to join the class activites even though my daughter was still very clingy to Miss Y. Miss Y also encouraged my daughter to walk in a fashion show competition. She cried several minutes before her turn but Miss Y promised her that she would wait at the end of the runaway to say hello. Luckily, my daughter won. She run toward Miss Y and said "I won, thank you" many times. That's when I realized that Miss Y has done what I should have... she taught my little girl to gain confidence. It was a life lesson that changed my daughter's life forever. Now, 7 years after, my daughter is an avid dancer, she is a ballerina, she is also a taekwondoin with one gold in international championship, she plays piano and violin at family gatherings, etc. She is very active and I couldn't stop her from trying new thing each year. I'm proud of her but deep inside I believe that it is impossible without Miss Y. Last year we met Miss Y in a mall, she was pregnant. My daughter run toward her, hugged her, kissed her belly... I knew that my daughter felt the same about Miss Y as well. Miss Y is the best teacher that I've ever known. She is young, but very passionate in teaching.

I remember when my 2nd grade teachers father passed away. we had a substitute for a week that would let us do anything so me and couple students who knew what death already was due to our loved ones passing away the year before made her some cards explaining what we did to help us feel better so she can feel better because she's a great teacher and we need her.

Teachers are second mother but second to none, respect to teacher is a must, we should have wings but grounded one, as in this video, it is such a joy to see this kind of appreciation shown to honourable teachers, finally, God bless all these students plus the teacher.

This touches me so much. My aunt who just recently retired, was a teacher for +30 years. She was an elementary school teacher and some of her former students are even older than me. She loved teaching so much, and always did her best to make classes fun and entertaining. She keeps contact with many of her students, and I'm sure she would've been moved to tears if her students made a surprise for her (she rarely ever cries, like I saw her cry once in my life).

My most memorable teacher ever was my 1st grade teacher, Sister Margaret Mary Kennedy. I've been anxious and socially awkward for nearly my whole life. My teacher that year saw a lot of potential and promise in me and worked hard to bring it out. Even at just 7 years old, I must've known something. I was the top student in my class that year. When I later went to college, I got a degree in teaching and spent 6 years tutoring many younger students in early reading skills. Her influence showed in my techniques and many students did very well with me. (Including 2 with a double-whammy of learning challenges.) Thank you, Sister Margaret Mary Kennedy, for all you did and how you helped me.

I've seen lot of moments like these because my mother is a teacher and my dad is a past teacher and now in a higher position in education field. My two grandmas were also teachers and my two grandpas were both principals. Some of grandparents' old students still visit our house finding locations so hard. But may grandparents had passed away now. Rest In Peace... And now it's my mom's students. She teaches 1st graders and sometimes take weak kids home for extra learning. Even me and my sister come to tears seeing the little kids we babied years ago are now grown up teens.

Studying history improves our decision making and Judgements. History shows us models of good and responsible citizenship. History also teaches us how to learn from the mistakes of others. History helps us understand change and societal development. History provides us a context from which to understand ourselves and others. In Germany teaching the truth about the horrors of Nazism allow younger generations to avoid errors of the past..."he who forgets his past is bound to repeat it". ...

This is about the first scene: It annoys me being from the UK, that such measures are needed to save lives in a modern country like America. Where in the UK and many other nations on this planet, all you have to do is go to your Dr or hospital and let the processes begin. To think that a bunch of high-schoolers have more integrity and heart and a sense of responsibility, than most of the Senate and Congress. You guys need medicare for all. The only people who should disagree with me should be insurance company employees(which is understandable), big pharma(who are ravenous) and the network of shills that get bought up by them. which are people on both parties. Bless these kids.

Okay...I have a problem with the girl who spoke at 1:29. It bothers me that she called herself a timid little BLONDE! What does the color of her hair have to do with anything? Is she going to grow up to be a rich man's wife living in the suburbs who snubs her non-blonde neighbors. Someone teach her and others that it's not a VIRTUE or an IDENTITY to have blonde hair!
