Just checked out your channel! Nice review, big campsites! One suggestion if I may, lead with the parks best feature, like in this case that beautiful lake and shoreline, it brings your viewers in for a longer stay. State Parks will always be good for you. I will keep checking in, much success to you in 2021!

Great video. We got a week in yurt 2 in August. I hope we can find things to do in the area to keep 3 kids happy. Is there phone signal there?

We have T-mobile and get great reception. A 15 minute drive will take you to Niagara Falls. You could head into Lewiston from there which is an adorable town and take the kids to the silo for ice cream. From there, cross the parking lot and look into going on the Jet boat which takes you through the lower rapids of the Niagara River.

@@CampingCompanions thank you for the tips. Now to get passports for the kids so we can visit the top of the falls also

The view of the Falls from the Canadian side is better and there are a ton of touristy things to do on that side as well. If you like nature and want to get up close and personal with the rapids you can also hike Devils Hole SP. Shoot me an email at campingcompanions@gmail.com. We’re local here and can provide a tour guide if we’re not already off somewhere.

Is there anywhere to swim here?
@CampingCompanions Жыл бұрын
There is not. There is quite a drop off down to the beach because high water levels eroded away the land. There is a tiny, steep walking path that leads down to an island that we affectionately call Florida, that you can at least stick your feet in.
