This was beautiful. Long Haul Paul is absolutely one of my favorite artists. I've got a 1969 Kenworth with 4 Million km on the odometer. I'd image this song is about my old girl and will be about myself soon enough

I really appreciate that song so real. I’m over 2,000,000 miles deep and I can’t turn back now. But it’s been fun and it still is. I’ve paid a big price to do it, but it’s giving me back a lot. I have no regrets on the years. I’ve spent on the road. Thank you for the songs.

Paul I feel every word of this song. Makes the hair stand up on my neck. I am a son of a son of a trucking driving man. Been around trucking my entire life. Worked in it half my life and drove 18 years of it. THANK YOU for this song.

Might be why I’m sitting here still awake, too many 1,000 mile days. Haven’t done it for awhile but I think I still can😉 Great to read Ron’s story behind it, that just made your song even more remarkable. Thank you and all that made it happen!

I don't Count the Miles either Neighbor. I just do a rough Estimate , I figure mine by 100k a year , although when I was an Owner Operator , we did have an exact count on the Miles by the company we Leased to. - so for those we Average 130k ... my comment isn't meant to be rude or taken negatively- Just Communicating with others on KZbin. Peace ✌️ & 18 Wheelz Rollin- Cleveland Tenn Waivin a Hand 👋
