Dragons do stagger. You just have to hit them consistently in the head, which is easier than you think. That being said, Seamless Co-op heavily increases enemies' stagger resistance with each additional player, way more than in vanilla. So good luck staggering any dragon without smacking their face.

Even in the base game, when you’re traveling around the Lands Between at night, you’ll experience random flurries of golden light, that golden snow effect-you know the one I mean, when you all commented on it? Whenever you see that, you’re getting a random rune buff. Everything you kill will pay out more runes than normal. I forget what the multiplier is, but you can see the buff active under your stamina bar. It’s a little golden bird-foot with an up-arrow.

you gotta remember celest that you're down scaled a bit closer to wiz and all the enemies are upscaled due to how big the party is. The bigger the lvl distance the more you get down scaled unless you're hosting in which only the enemies will get scaled up.

CELEST. This is a little out of topic, but it’s regarding the Frenzy Flame ending. Many will tell you that when you inherit the flame from the Three Fingers, that you are pretty much locked in to the “bad ending” and you can’t back out. This is NOT TRUE By completing the NPC: Millicent’s quest line, you obtain an Unalloyed Gold Needle. This needle, you can take into Malenia’s boss arena, and interact with the scarlet rot flower, changing it into: Miquella’s Needle. The item description of this needle says: “One of the unalloyed gold needles that Miquella crafted to ward away the meddling of outer gods. Capable of subduing the flame of frenzy if inherited, allowing one to cheat fate and avoid becoming Lord of Frenzied Flame.” You can use the item in Dragonlord Placidusax’s boss arena in Farum Azula, because it’s the ONLY place that you can use the item in. Nowhere else are you able to use it. This cures you of the Frenzied Flame that the Three Fingers gives you, and re-grants you access to the other endings that you would otherwise be locked out from. In a potential New Game + playthrough, if you for some reason go back to the Three Fingers, you will now know how to cure yourself! Not many people know that you can actually heal yourself, so I thought I might mention it (Still, Melina won’t ever come back since she dumps you if you choose the Three Fingers over her

All Dragons can stagger. But the Ancient Dragons hardly do it. The fact is this mod increases bosses' HP and their resitances such as Bleed, frostibite ans etc but also decreases stance as more people are cooping.

27:18 Elden Ring dragons stagger very easily. You have to hit them on the head. 3-4 jump attacks to the head with a tiny straight sword are enough to poise break Smarag.

Playing on a mod I don't think you have to worry about being invaded. Though I wonder if the scaling works the same as regular co-op.

there is no invading in seamless co-op invasions are already brutally stacked in the hosts favour, nevermind having a guaranteed 4v1 against an invader xD

I'm usually with 1 other guy and on a rare occasion I can get my other buddy on, but 4 people nah haven't had a full 4 man party since the first month. With how bad the servers are the invader seems to always have the edge 80% of time with it being laggy as fuck and the invader just running away like a bitch.
