The empty land in front of the ruins, is that public property or can it be a front garden with public access to the communal bread oven space?

The empty land in front is the access to the ruins and the oven. Your garden is in the back of the buildings.

@@homekeyportugal Would one be allowed to clean the front area up, perhaps laying cobblestones? Also, would one be allowed to restore and maintain the public oven for the community? It would be relatively easy to do at the same time as the other ruins were being restored (by local craftsmen, I'm a bit too old to tackle that sort of project myself)
