Nice little house with potential, but I think overpriced considering there is no bathroom and the work involved to create one somewhere, and a new kitchen. Still, I really enjoy seeing your videos and the properties

Agreed. Given how small the home is and how much money is going to take to bring it all up to date you will be out the same money as buying something more expensive but at least it is turnkey ready.

This is a very attractive property, in a lovely location and with great access, it will make a beautiful home. Thank you for the tour! When I see these houses I always wonder how the traditional women managed their homes, they produced a lot of wonderful food in those kitchens! I wonder what they used for water storage, or did they go to the tanks every time they needed a bucketful, and did they do the washing up indoors or next to the tanks? I would love to see a tour of a working traditional homestead, are there historical parks that have reenactments of the traditional life? Thank you again for the tour, were I a bit (a decade or two) younger I'd definitely put this one at the top of my house hunting list. This one deserves an active young family to bring it back to life.

Leuke property. Is er een septic tank, wat gebeurt er met het riool water ? Ik ga binnenkort (April) naar Portugal om wat rond te kijken. Ook in deze buurt. Cheers !

Er is nog geen septic tank geinstalleerd, dat kan worden gedaan tijdens de renovatie en de afvoer kan daar direct op worden aangesloten.

What permits comes with the sale? Are all permits for building a bathroom, toilet etc. paid and ok’d from the Camara? That costs a lot and takes a long time. Plus if it is not done, the buyer may need both an architect and a contractor. Could be extremely expencive.

The farm is sold with the current exemption of license. You can improve the house (replace door and windows for aluminium or pvc, put in new kitchen, paint etc.) If you want to do a big renovation project (opening new or bigger doors and windows, extensions etc. you can put in a project at the council and you can make it as complicated and expensive you want!

France is far better value at the Moment . Maybe things return to normal in a couple of years with the Portugal price bubble . it will have to if protugal wants to encourage people to move so far out of mainstream Europe

Except for close proximity to the road, this property has much to offer. You have referenced this property as H620, which does not align with your website listing H644.
