It's just minimal house with a side dish of downtempo and electronica, there's no real word for the genre but you can find tracks like this in many a house artist's discography. i'd recommend you to check on some of ricardo villalobos's work, he's the main guy for minimal hopuse with world music samples mixed in, and of course both Four tet and floating points.
