This sermon blessed me with the memory of being in my Sunday School fellowship that terror-filled Sunday morning when the 16th Street Baptist Church was bombed. I was attending church with my family in Washington DC, and hearing the news was my first recognition of the power of media for it left me drained and depressed. Until that moment my innocence had never knowingly transcended any horrific immediacy-it truly was terrifying and overpoweringly propelled by evil. I was eleven years old then. Today, I’m 71 and give Great Jehovah thanks for hearing the resolutions brought forward by this preacher, and I hope and pray the same for many others here, now, there, or beyond. In the name of Jesus, Amen 🙏

Thank you so much for this sermon. It dovetailed with what I heard from Rabbi Brian yesterday: "Your mission is greater than your fear".
