A bunch of long flexy twigs, 1/4" w strips of D-tape & you've got a simple funnel type fish trap, make hoops of graduated sizes, weave 3-4 sticks through the rings, alternating, then use the strips of tape to add more . Could use floss but tying tiny knots with cold hands... Not so much.

This is the kind of place where I like to do guerilla gardening. I'd sneak into wild spaces like this and plant edibles that are local to the area. Blueberries, raspberries, pear trees squash plants. Ect. I transplanted a wild fig tree that although not native to the pacific northwest was still 3 years old or so on its own before. Plucked it off the side of a trail and moved it where local wildlife would be able to enjoy it more..

@@alekswhy88 why would I plant weed out in the wild? It's legal to grow, smoke and possess here and I don't smoke it anyhow.

Amazing, more realistic survival video than many I saw here on KZbin. I appreciate you shared moment of breakdown. That's probably most important moment of survival experience. For viewers to recognise if they ever come to situation of survival desperation.

In a survival situation I would save the mullein leaf for when I felt ill and make a tea with it. It is similar to draino for the lungs and respiratory system. Best decongestant out there.

You have enough safety pins to make an excellent treble hook... in fact, you were more than halfway there! Twist three more safety pins upside down just above the hooks. The idea is to have it function just about like a snap clip carabiner. Since the Spring Loop is already made in the safety pins, this should be easy enough to accomplish. It may even help to keep the hook more weedless too! Goodonya and happy adventuring!
@kwjuggernaut67553 жыл бұрын
You need to heat up those safety pins when you get them in your hook shape then quench them in the water makes them harder so they dont bend so much
