According to DOT regulations already agreed upon, the driver was responsible for the passengers until they were cleared from the vehicle. The driver failed to clear all passengers as "safely out of & away from the vehicle".

Why didnt she yell when she looked back at the baby? what did it take the incident and all the violence? That may have been the drivers mental state? Have they arrested the people who ran out of the door? THe neighbors stated that the little girl plays their all the time, but how far away from the parent?

Definitely the parents fault on the toddlers death! Never will I even leave my 6 year old to walk out of an Uber to our home. The baby is 1.5!!! My 2 year old will find away to risk his life if I leave him for 2 seconds… I’m so angry to see how negligent these parents are and how far they were away from the baby. Disgusting.
