Tony, if you forget to pump up air spring before putting on the lowers, what will happen besides it making it harder to put the bottom nut back on? Will it cause any negative air chamber issues?

How hard is it to get the seals in if you just use a socket?

You risk damaging the seal, I also read that the new seals are very difficult to insert without the tool. I did the socket with my Suntour and it worked. Not sure if I would try it with the Fox.

Tony's Hobbies I saw someone use a ranch dressing lid as a driver 😂 if the walls are too thick on the socket can’t I just remove the spring on the seal and re-install it?

That’s what I did with the Suntour. It did work without damage but I used the tool with the Fox (the Suntour is a 32mm)

@@TonyHob You don't need the fox tool. There's a lot of 34mm fork tools. I paid $9 for mine.
