I feel bad for the hate Fox gets, he was guaranteed to be a more strict clone due to the fact that he served directly under Palpatine. He was a victim just like every other clone, only he was forced to have the job most likely to make him callous. Although he definitely signed his own death warrant by pissing off Anakin.

No, he wasn't a victim. He was like this from the start and I'm 200% sure he knew about who Palpatine really was and about Order 66! Plus he always hated jedi even without it so I can say he did all of this of his own free will!

Fox is probably my favourite Clone behind Rex and Cody. His brutality yet facade of stoicism makes him more interesting than the other Clones. Not to mention the idea that the guy was probably completely aware of Order 66 and Palpatine's true nature, but hid it from his brothers. You can't hate that level of skill and writing genius

Honestly wish we got more screentime of Fox that let us truly understand his character so more people could empathize with him and his decision to kill Fives. People say that he was ordered by Palpatine to kill Fives but I don't buy it, he orders Fives to stand down before he shoots him and only pulls the trigger after Fives points a weapon at him, any real world cops would do the exact same in this situation.

Fox gets way too much hate. He was just doing his job. Palpatine very likely told him to kill fives,and fox still told him to stand down multiple times. Not only that, but Fives was clearly going insane, and holding a jedi general and clone captian hostage, while pointing a gun at fox and his men. He had no choice. And to those who day he could have just stunned him, do you really think palpatine would take that chance? Of course not. Fox was ver likely ordered to kill fives.

Stun shots are also slower than regular blaster shots and fives is an arc trooper not a regular clone trooper so there’s a chance he could’ve fired a shot before he got stunned which could’ve led to Fox or one of his men being killed or injured so of course Fox isn’t going to risk the lives of himself and his men over him.

The issue for me about Fox is his choice of not using stun most of the time. When he found Ahsoka above 3 dead clones, he immediately went for the kill, when he ran at Fives he shot Fives fatally. In both situations Fox fired on his own comrades with the intent to kill instead of detain and question.

Fives attempted to kill chancellor palpatine, fled the scene, took a jedi commander and a clone commander hostage, and fives was a highly trained arc trooper suffering a mental breakdown. fox yells, don’t pick that gun up, fives picks it up and aims at fox and his men. Fox was trying to protect his brothers. if fives gets stunned and arrested, he will be executed for treason, or murdered/assassinated in prison. fox gave fives a peaceful death, and fox even mourns over what he did, the one time we see him have emotion other than when his soldiers die

I think you can see Fox's personality in only one quote. "Can't say I blame you Commander Tano, but all the same. You're under arrest." Hell as bad as the clone wars movie was, it showed Fox's attitude when the war started. The man personally led a strike team to apprehend Zero the hutt. Effectively being an MP probably made him cold. After all the police serve the people while the military fights the enemy; when the military become the police, the people start becoming the enemy. Let's not forget that the Coruscant Guard were NOT liked by the general public.

Fox gets hate for literally no reason. Fox was doing his duty and job as w soldier and head of security. He had every reason to shoot Fives in that moment, dude had just pointed a blaster at him and his men after telling him several times to stand down and to not do it, showing that Fox didn't want to kill Fives, and only did it out of defence. Same with Ahsokas arrest, he was doing his job and following orders.

Fox is directly responsible for trillion deaths, but yeah he didn´t do anything wrong

You can’t really blame fox for what he had to do. He assumed Ahsoka killed three of his brothers and a suspect in a bombing attack. After that incident he had to shoot Fives despite warning him to don’t pick up the pistol multiple times after kidnapping both a Jedi and a clone captain, and the added pressure that he attacked the Supreme Chancellor. As many clones once said “Good soldiers follow orders”

Remember, Fives didn't attack Fox, Fox was the one that initiated that encounter. He had the time to prepare, and capture instead of kill, and he actively chose not to.

@@bittern4464 Coruscant Guard report to the Chancellor himself and no Jedi...Palpatime ordered Fox to kill Fives....Fox was Palpatine's security and hence was only loyal to him so when palps ordered him to kill...he did so accordingly...and even though it was he still ordered Fives to stand down atleast so that he doesnt need to shoot him. Fox and his men entered the are with captured general and captain and an ARC trooper who supposedly attacked chancellor and is on the lose abt to pull a gun and having an order to be killed..

I fell like Fox knew abour order 66 and Palpatines plans Always when palpatines plan was about to get ruined he fixed it helped droids go to the correct room Killed Fives when he almost revrealed order 66 Pushed Anakin close to the dark side in the halway scene I dont even think he knows his guns can go into stun mode He also saved Padme making sure she can die and Anakin can be succsesfully manipulated to join the dark side

You should understand fox place. First of all Fox rola as Police/Security. Not a soldier Second fox was only clone that lost his freedom due to fact about fox been stuck under palpatine Orders. Commander fox are resemble a person who been through lot criminal activity and crime scene. Fr I'm also commander Fox Fans my reason to like because I understand what for been through. You can't blame him for kill Five if he already giving Fives order to stand down. I mean on his pov Fives manage to capture Jedi general and captain so he maybe dangerous. Second about ahsoka: Again Fox saw ahsoka near three dead clone and why he says "Shot to kill " I mean Commander fox is only see ahsoka was there and she was former Jedi. Then will that be a reason if fox blame her for kills those clones? YES. Because ahsoka also using lightsaber. Unless there is other person near ahsoka. Ok. I still on commander fox sides. I don't hate him for killing fives but I do hate for y'all not fair to judge fox action. Even I'm 14 year old I'm understand that commander fox is just doing his job as Hero in other sides.
