We did. It was bad. You're driving a tank the whole time. Only good thing of it was you having to tap into the dark side in order to not be immediately killed by a super weapon called the Dark Harvester. It was free in a bundle for either Original Xbox, or maybe Xbox 360.

Star Wars Republic Commandos is this game though! You play as an elite clone commando who is assigned as a team leader of an elite group, called "Delta Squad". The aforementioned Commander Scorch (from the video) is actually one of your teammates in this game, highly recommended to anyone interested! It is a bit dated but still a lot of fun.

My favorite Clone Commander in Commander Bacara, leader of the Galactic Marines. He was the best trained Clone Commander with the best Clone unit, training each Clone individually and sending those who did not reach his expectations to other units. During Order 66 he executed Ki Adi Mundi on Mygeetos.

As others have pointed out, Rex was a Commander shortly before the end of the war. If I was to be more technical he was actually a traitor and therefore stripped of his rank, but that would make him not a member of the GAR whatsoever, so he would just be a Commander

Also honesty he always more or less seemed to carry the effective role of a Commander, even being said to have gotten the same training as most others If I remember right if not for Ashoka he would have been commander day 1

I like how certain groups under certain commanders have some of their commander armor's features. For example: the clones under Wolffe had helmet art resembling a wolf, as well as shoulder things with Wolffe's design.
