This was 12 days before Monkey Wretches, which Oswald still retained his previous appearance, and then came Case of Lost Sheep, which Oswald gained the appearance of that rabbit, so no.

I looked into it, and apparently Walter Lantz liked director Manuel Moreno’s rabbit design so much that he had Oswald redesigned to look like what you see here.
