But the concept that Fox has no intention to present "News" and that the various hosts are opinion hosts talking while the logo "fox NEWS" is shown a total misrepresentation. I guess at the very least there could be a NEWS reporting moment and then a clear break with the term NEWS removed when the opinion hosts kick in. This in the face of the purposeful intent to deceive the public by this specific organization should be part of the settlement action.
