My dog is a Huskie and Lab mixed (Huskador) and is going on 15 years. He's well taken care of but doesn't look in the best shape. Bigger dogs tend to have shorter lives. That wasn't actually the rescue (not that it makes it any better) they were going after. Champ is the the rescue. Major is Biden's 12 year old German Shepard. Which honestly, if my dog as a kiddo looked, and acted, that healthy at 12 we wouldn't have had to put him down. Just for clarification my dog got really sick at the end of his life, couldn't turn around even. He would have to back up and then turn to his right side but couldn't actually turn around. He couldn't go up stairs and he would fall all the time. He would sleep downstairs and have diarrhea and then fall in it and then not be able to get himself out of it because he had fallen and someone would not find him until the morning. It was so sad. My BFF from 10 to 22.

Having lived in Concord I know for a fact that PG&E uses rolling brown out as a way to force the state regulatory agency to allow rate increase. That is what happened when I lived there from 1999 to 2001. My electric bill at that time was averaging $30.00 to $40.00 monthly. PG&E asked for a rate increase, the state said no. PG&E responding by using rolling brown outs (supposedly for maintenance) not once but twice to force the state to approve rate increase(s). As a result my cost went from $30.00 to $40.00 to $300.00 a month. Supposedly PG&E stands for Pacific Gas and Electric. What it really stands for is Pirates, Gougers and Extortionists.

Funny enough, with the area I live in there pretty much is a bunch of power plants in my back yard, except all they do is pollute the air, make noise, have lights so bright you can’t see the sky at night, and occasionally blow up. I’d literally rather the wind turbines
