Yeah, watching news of him, reading about what he's doing, just any information on the moron is very depressing and reminds me of when the news had gone crazy overboard covering the Iraq war back in the early 2000s. It was overwhelming to the point where people started to tune out and instead of staying informed with events chose to be ignorant of it. I know some will criticize that -- there are people who would force feed us a steady 24/7 stream of cable news because "it's good for you". But I think it's something we do to protect our mental well being. A person can only take so much high-octane worry-fuel. Especially when there's not shit to be done about it except in the very long term.
