Right off the bat all of Abby Grossbergs legal costs should have to be covered by Fox including if she sues FOX for their efforts to suborn perjury. Dominion and Smartmatic should be allowed to investigate whether the production teams of other Fox hosts have been similarly coerced (witnesst tanpering) and if other materials were not submittedn by FOX lawyers. Of if the lawyers organized this with the hosts or Fox executives. That would eliminate their attorney-client privilege under the vrime-fraud exception.

@@CryptoAtlas They need no license because the shows go out on coaxial cables and fiber optic lines. The broadcast license is needed for TV and radio stations which use the airwaves to broadcast. Other laws (or lawsuits) would need to be invoked or created to deal with the non-broadcast lies and corruption that cable TV entertainment companies engage in.

Sanctioning is when the judge fines the attorneys. If its more serious, the judge can refer them to their respective Bar Association for discipline (fines, suspension, or even revoking the license to practice law). In this case the judge was also considering appointing a special master to oversee the discovery process, since Fox has clearly shown they cannot be trusted to be honest. Odd that I know this and never went to college.
