Do you know its true? Many years ago similar accusations were made by Benson against Roseburg, after a lengthy investigation it was found to be completely false, Benson fans were upset they had to travel so far and got beaten badly and admitted they made the whole thing up in addition to trashing a Roseburg restaurant out of anger after the loss.

Im a former Coach & OSAA official, and if it was said on the field, an official heard it, and since there is no corroboration, I lean to a bogus claim by the coach unless proof is presented...
