Maybe laws can get tougher unless they already are to run criminal background checks for people adopting pets. Sad part is when he gets out he could just get another dog from a private party and not have it licensed or registered. Two Bull terriers just put a woman in the hospital. She was the owner of " Must Love Dogs" boarding facility and pet spa. The woman is a dog lover, and well versed in dog behavior. She had taken care of the dogs and they turned on her. Bull terriers are prone to sudden rage syndrome. They are not a sweet breed.
