I don’t even know if it was simply the responsibility, she didn’t want to the bare minimum of changing her child’s diapers so she deliberately kept water from him. She had family around her she could have talked with or even given the boy up for adoption if she couldn’t handle the responsibility of her own child. Regret is one thing, but being malicious enough to kill your own child then to just flee the country with no regrets is completely different.

I’ve been following this story. I’m not a mom yet and I wish to be financially stable beforehand. But if someone ever expressed to me that they thought their baby was evil I would of said let me take him I’ll adopt him. Absolutely devastated to hear she told people he was evil and that people knew he was malnourished. I would never let that go, i would raise all hell if I personally knew someone was doing this to a child. Horrible. Everyone failed that baby.

He might be saying that cause Noel hasn't been seen since like November and he probably would have noticed if a dead body was buried in the yard. The area where the cadaver dogs alerted were a part of the shed where the family lived so he wouldn't have noticed anything too suspicious or alarming, or thought much of what the family was doing on their side until after they left. He's been cooperating fully and law enforcement officers don't suspect he's involved or knows something. Plus, he did let officers dig up his entire backyard and I'm sure if he was trying to hide something he wouldn't have let officers dig the whole yard. My theory is that what the dogs smelled was probably bodily fluids, perhaps blood, vomit, feces, urine, etc left on the carpet and ground from when Noel died, but that his body was disposed of pretty soon after his death. I mean, the parents are months ahead of law enforcement officers so it's likely they planned everything perfectly so as to not get caught, or if they had been caught they could have gotten away with it. Even now if they're arrested without the body or definitive proof it'd be difficult to get 1st degree charges.

We've gotten the property owner's permission, we've been working with him and we're being as thorough as possible." So yes, the property owner did let police dig up the entire yard. The warrant was for the search last week, which they completed. They'd used ground-penetrating radars to search the entire yard and found nothing more than a very small anomaly of possible disturbed ground on one side of the patio but there was nothing when they dug the area last week. As far as I'm aware, they would have had to get another warrant again since they were done searching that whole property and had moved onto other areas. They only returned to the property this week because Texas Search and Rescue, or TexSaR, had been using an excavator on the wooded fields behind the property so police asked the property owner if he'd give them permission to dig the entire backyard with the heavier machinery they had available to which the property owner agreed to let them do and absolutely nothing was found once again. I mean, I don't think he's annoyed or upset that police dug up the patio again. It's more so that police already searched and dug up the yard last week and found nothing so he didn't think they'd find Noel like magic in the exact same place where they'd already searched before. In fact, he completely understood why they wanted to search again which is why he agreed to let them search again. He literally said "I think they just tore it up because they don't have ... no idea where the boy is and they're frustrated". And the property owner did actually explain why the family paid for the backyard renovations themselves. He explained that he intended on leaving the property to the family after he passed away since they've lived there for a long time and the family used to be the ones who took care of the yard due to all the kids the family had that played there. And the yard renovation now will be fully paid for by law enforcement payouts for letting them do the search again so it's still not going to cost him anything this time either.

Didn’t the mother tell a family member that she sold him? That was the last I heard on this case, that a family member claimed his mother met some person at a grocery store and sold him. Unimaginable.

I’m praying that baby feels everlasting happiness and love in his afterlife. No child deserves this. It’s so haunting to look at his photo. How can we let this happen time and time again💔 when people say it takes a village they never seem to think of the children of strangers. We need to be more vigilant and observant about these things. Ask questions, demand answers, call the cops, anything. People should have fought for this boy..
