It's not something you forget. I can only imagine the context made this more brutal. I was there with my mam and grandad as they took their final breaths. I know the change he's talking about. The skin begins to take on a pallor in the final hours or minutes, then a sallow grey as life leaves. It's somewhat of gradual process during an expected death. I imagine the transition was far more quick and terrifying as the young lad died. Probably of bloodloss, and probably with agonal breathing. Awful.

This is the most amazing account I’ve seen. Great job honoring all those who were lost and all those who were injured, police officers, paramedics, fire, nurses, doctors, car drivers, and the regular people who became hero’s that day. This needs to be shared worldwide.

It's the bravery and selflessness of people in the crowd helping one another which stirs me. If my time ever comes, I hope I'd have the balls to help folks like so many others in this horrible situation did.

Once the death toll was up to 20, I immediately left work and went straight to my moms house to make sure she was ok and called my sister who works at the New York New York. Luckily both of them had the night off and they were safe at home. It was such a great relief to hear my family was safe. Can you imagine having to walk past that place after that? Just seeing another cross added and added wondering when it’s gonna end. Blood all over the ground, people’s hats and shoes and phones. How long did it take to clean all that up, and who has the stomach to do that job? Wondering who’s blood your cleaning and who’s hat you picked up and threw away, whether they died wearing it or are alive, terrifying

junbug1029 no this is not a good thing this just encourages the next person to try and kill as many people or more we need to stop talking about this give it all of 30 seconds on the New one day and that's it but when we keep on bringing it up that's what thay want that's why mass killing have got more popular over the last 20 or 30 years because on all the attention thay get

dusten zitek I get what you’re saying but ignoring the issue won’t stop these crazy people from mass murder. I partially blame the Left for glorifying violence against President Trump, Kathy Griffin holding the bloody effigy of Trump’s head and the play in NYC, Julius Caesar where it’s presumed they are murdering Trump. I know the problem is older and more complicated but they are part of the problem IMO. Thank you from Las Vegas.

Are You out of Youre minds allowing citizens to buy these things? Thats why here in Europe You dont hear about these tradic things that much, because we cant buy weapons so freely and so people who lose his mind cant shoot 80 people dead before shooter males suicide. Just ask Youre goverment why they still allow to buy you weapins after all this is happening, no really. I want to hear real normal answer why weapon buying like ar15 is allowed. But i think You Americans love so much weapons so yea its for You normal to store automatic weapons in Your Houses. As a long time local of 40 years this horrible incident was not as much of a surprise to me and my friends and family as it was to all those who had recently moved into the valley. For anyone to understand how things like that happen in Vegas you would have needed to be there everyday as I was to feel the vibes out there on those streets. Vegas had changed into something we as locals did not want to see, our neighborhoods were no longer safe, the schools were failing the community, gangs were running the streets and so on. Vegas was my home, but after this we all decided enough was enough. I lost many friends to those streets, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of them. It was very sureal to us to know how bad Vegas had become and yet all we kept hearing from the new locals was how fabulous Vegas was. There's things that go on there that trust me you don't wanna know, things I wish I didn't know nor witnessed with my own eyes. Vegas will always be in my heart because it's a part of who I am. And everyday when I wake up a part of me still wishes it was my home, but those days are gone. God bless you all and please be safe. Vegas strong ❤

Nothing seems real on tv or documentaries.. but once you see people go into survival mode and people falling down and not moving its completely horrific.. most people didn't actually help but hurting each other to get to safety..luckily there were some brave people that did..I seen many dead people in my life and it's easy to not think about it, but you will never ever forget seeing someone looking at you like it's your fault and fade away...I have vivid dreams all the time, I drink and take sleeping pills every night so I dont dream and it works..I never seen those people I went with again.

I can't imagine, I really can't. Please know that no matter how tragic and traumatizing, it was not you, it was not your fault, there was nothing more for anyone you could do. @adanaviles1191
@adanaviles1191 3 жыл бұрын
@@justlikehoney1859 as much as I understand your rationale and reasoning it’s deeper than being Big Men with automatic weapons. Kansas Army National Guard here out of Wichita 242nd Engineering BN It’s a horrible sight to see when someone with mental health issues starts killing with the very tools we use to protect ourselves with. Sure our armed forces should have these weapons but in the event of a tyrannical government wanting to do away with us as Americans, if you give away your power to defend your family and yourself no one will have access to the required weapons to fight against a power greater than yourself. All because you and millions of others that don’t want to take the risk of something like a mass shooting happening in exchange for safety. Gun Control does nothing but put innocent people in a position to kneel down to evil people like Paddock and even more malevolent entities like a government without your best interest and safety in mind anymore. It sucks these things happen and I wish I could be Superman and put an end to individuals like this but I can’t. But I can tell you if I was with my family and other families around me were in the sights of a man with a rifle and I had mine, I wouldn’t hesitate to protect you. I can’t protect you or myself with gun control laws in place. If it was that easy we would already be like Australia and Mexico. Yet you notice that criminals still find access to those weapons either way...But like I said, it’s deeper than having 30-40-60 round magazines and high powered weapons and feeling like big men. It’s about surviving and protecting.

4 years later, and this still leaves a scar. My friend literally watched bullets rip through the side of the truck bed he was hiding behind. To think that a lone gunman did this by himself is outrageous. He had help from the devil. Stay strong Vegas, and never let your hope die.

Not all of us conspiracy theorists are insensitive or crazy. I, for one, am level-headed, logical, and wait to see all the evidence, even though it may take time, to render a position. Not like our great MSM that jumps at shadows, grasps at straws, and spews out information, that more than not is incorrect. Just for ratings. Yes. There is a big number or CTs that are idiots and insensitive. We just have to ignore them, because nothing anyone who says differently will change their minds. I think there was a blood sacrifice that night. For whatever reason, which we may never know. It had to be real death and injury to make the "story" real. My condolences to the family and victims. Too much evidence points to Paddock as being a patsy. Used by whom? We may never know. He was dead long before the shooting. Not that long though, just so it wouldn't look funny. I believe the FBI was involved and knows what happened. The sheriff was controlled and told what to say to the press. There is video evidence of muzzle fire coming from multiple places. One of them being a black helicopter flying low and around the Mandalay Bay hotel. The local airstrip, close to the MBH, had released audio of the tower and gas comms that had uncontrolled helicopter flights and shooting on the tarmac. So the plots thickens.
