This little road amounts to NOTHING to the congestion this factory is causing already and will be a nightmare to get through Hutto and Taylor!! They've already added 2 traffic lights on HWY 79 between the 2 towns and that's WITHOUT the impact of this factory casing more congestion and longer travel times. Once the factory gets going, it will be even more difficult to travel to and through these towns. It seems no one in Texas government understands the definition of the word HIGHWAY/HWY !! You do not add traffic lights to HIGHWAYS! You remove them to help traffic flow !!! It is just ridiculous how poor the highway/road management system in this state is especially here in the Austin Metropolitan area. You build overpasses, not traffic lights !!!
