Sorry for the weird cut at 15:55, this video got with a copyright claim by Superbam apparently working on behalf of Anthony Padilla (Though I'm skeptical). The next story was about Howie Mandel and how he accidentally shared a picture of a prolapsed anus on TikTok. In fairness, by this point I should have just let go and let it slide, but I don't believe that this video was fairly treated by KZbin's copyright system, and I outright refuse to allow this scummy Superbam company take the future revenue generated by a 20 minute video just because of a 1 minute clip. In the future, if this happens again after the video has recived the bulk of the money it'll ever make, I'll just remove the monetisation and let it play. Sorry for that guys :(

As someone who works at a school, I find it disgusting that some company thouht it was alright to use a school shooting for its advertisement! Thats batshit crazy
@mommy2libras
@mommy2libras Жыл бұрын
They didn't "use a school shooting" to make their ad. Everyone is missing the point entirely. No, they exploited some young woman's mental health issues for their ad. Yes, one of the things she was struggling with was being a witness to a school shooting but it doesn't take a genius to see that the focus/subject of the ad was "mental health struggles give you bad skin". She could have listed any number of things- and did- the shooting was simply one of them, which she is perfectly within her rights to mention. After all, I can't imagine a scenario that might be more anxiety inducing than that for young people. In my opinion, that ad is much less tasteless than all the jackholes who use these shootings to bolster their support for more people having freer access to guns. Last year, Florida made it legal for pretty much anyone who wants to to carry a gun whenever the hell they want, no license required beyond whatever paperwork MIGHT exist from them purchasing the gun (if any. Plenty of people get guns with no trail at all). Maybe save your outrage for the real problems, the ones making these shootings easier to carry out.

13:00 I feel like they could’ve gone about it with much more sympathy to garner more support than backlash. They could’ve partnered up with her, as well as donated a certain percentage of their earnings to nonprofit charities that actively aid in shootings. The script could’ve definitely been changed, as well as the girl’s monotone voice when discussing this traumatic event.

The last story genuinely makes me sad. Here is a man that has poured so much effort into building his career and for a time he made it! He was at the top and clearly benefitting greatly from it! But then you get these ignorant people online saying all these un-called for statements about how he's dropped off or how he's a shell of his former self, it's honestly disgusting and his story is a testament to how badly social media can damage someone's mental health. Sure, maybe you can argue some people (Like a certain react channel in hot water right now) deserve it as they bring it on themselves but this guy did nothing wrong, he just succumb to the flow of time and now he's not as popular as he used to be. There's no shame in that, that's just how life works.

Burning Eyes Thought! Personally for me, it depends on what it is I'm crying about and/or how hard/long I've been crying. I think your body knows you're going to cry before you do and prepares itself for crying (I sometimes feel the burn building in my eyes and chest before crying). The burning sometimes continues even after crying and my cheeks are often sore too.

Do think the wife shouldn't of posted her husband crying online without his consent. She should of go and comfort him instead. It might because of being told that they shouldn't cry but also the fact that sometimes females/males mock them for it. I was listening to the Kate Bush song 'Blow Away' the other day and it made me cry like a big old baby. That song always does it to me. It's the song I want played at my funeral in fact, because it has such meaning to me. Btw, I am a 57 year old male. So yes, men cry. Some more than others, but that's just natural. I have always found that macho male thing to be problematic, at least for me. I am a very emotional person and I refuse to be embarrassed by that fact. Emotion is a good thing, and definitely helps us overcome stress, deal with anger issues, it enables us to laugh and to cry. It is certainly nothing to ever be embarrassed about. Great video, as always. Keep on keepin' on!

Men don’t cry a lot because of testosterone. I had a medical procedure and had to go on hormones. I take estrogen and testosterone. Since I started taking testosterone I no longer cry all the time and I’m a woman. I no longer get emotional like I did before either. I’m convinced it’s the different hormones. That last one was so sad. The way they treated him. People can be so cruel on the internet. They would never say that to someone’s face. This is why I really hate TikTok. They act like idiots in the comments. It’s hateful. I had to delete the app. You comment anything and someone will made a snide comment under yours. It’s definitely toxic. Just like Twitter is at times. No wonder people are miserable these days. If you spend hours on the internet getting barrage by toxicity then of course you’re going to always be miserable.

My eyes burn when I cry too, I figured it was normal for some people.

Just a note, if your eyes burn when you cry, you probably got dry skin or dry eyes, moisturizing may help?

The crying one just bothers me in general. Nothing to do with the fact that its of a man crying. Rather the fact that she recorded and uploaded someone in a very vulnerable moment. As someone who is a pretty private person and is a woman, I certainly would not want someone to record me while I am crying. Especially when I take the time to go into a private area to vent. To me this is just indicitive of the times. You can't even hope to have a moment to yourself even in your own home. A place you should feel safe physically and emotionally in.

Fame is fleeting now, but it didn’t used to be. Even gen Z often knows about Eddie Van Halen, Prince, Freddie Mercury, and I’ve even seen teens at Alice Cooper shows in full makeup and regalia. I’m only in my 30s (so internet-ancient since I remember when MySpace started lol), but I miss the good old days when fame meant something.
