That's exactly what I go through, except instead of needing a wheelchair, I for now don't need it, but I do need to sit and sometimes when going to the store, I need an electric cart. I also have a cane and walker just in case. Arthritis for example, which is what I have, has its own good, bad, and terrible days. Many different changes in things such as temperature, weather, and mood can determine how my joints feel, and there are many different kinds of arthritis that affect people differently. I am only 21 years old and have had arthritis since I was a baby, so it sadly is not always determined by age. He shouldn't have lied about his issues, as this makes me inclined to be more suspicious of him. Why lie about something like this?

You only need to look back at Shylily's 3D model reveal stream, she got banned for a week for something that happened during that stream, but Twitch never even told her what she did wrong, namely they didn't even tell Shylily what guideline she supposedly broke.

The story of Cosmo/Narcissa is the one that hits me the most because they were literally my inspiration since I was a kid and Ocarina of Time is my all time favourite time mainly because of them. And then I found out about what happened a few years back and it hit me like a truck, I don't feel any emotions for most creators but that really affected me. I'll always remember old Cosmo though, the best of the best. Also if you ever do another one of these videos we now have Kimmikka who literally had sex on stream and only got a 7 day ban. If you're small unless you've done some really really bad, the front office isn't likely to notice you. I would think that a similar concept would apply with Twitch to a point. Shockingly good list, Phantoml0rd is a account many stopped talking about. What a sad loss, he legit had a HUGE community that was consistent, and he ruined it by greed. He never owned up to it by just suing even though he legit reaped what he sowed. I loved his League streams and I watched him get his first big 1k dono which was significant at the time. Then he sold it all out by doing scambling like that. So cringe and sad. I really liked him. ZillianOP is actually so sad. Yes I have empathy for him, he shoulda been more honest, but I am sure it'd be hard to explain? I am not sure. He did explain at the time he could walk but not for long spurts of time at all. He was still mostly wheelchair bound at the time I believe? If he is to believed. I wonder if he got scared after the reaction and decided to double down a lie? But he technically was still disabled at the time as he couldn't walk perfectly fine still. I don't think he should be perma banned.

Going back to the nudity thing, twitch has the power to enforce it. They enforced the rules for unregulated gambling in the slots category when they got pressure from the GCB. Twitch is super hypocritical when it comes to terminations. They encourage female streamers to do what they were doing by adding a new category called “Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches”. It was a place where all the E-Thots could reside in one general category.

Okay so here is my opinion on using slurs if you are in the group (I am white); I am a physically and mentally disabled person, which puts me as a target for the r-slur. However, saying the r-slur would still be offensive, even though I am in the same group it is used against. This is because the r-slur is used to lower people within that group, shame and ridicule them for having a different mind than others. It's still offensive regardless of who says it. As for race, I feel this should go the same way. Appropiation of any slur that is used for discrimination is not really a good thing. Even as a joke, it is used in racism and in bullying, why would anyone want to support a word used for that? Tbh, if I was black, I would still be against saying the word, even if other black people are saying it, just simply because of its original purpose to hurt others.

It doesn’t matter if you have black ancestors if you aren’t black I don’t think you should use that word. My grandfather was a black man, so I’m mixed (i am pasty white cause 3 of my grandparents were white)but that doesn’t mean I can use that word or want to, cause it’s not for me to use.

I stopped using twitch a few years ago, because they (apparently) were starting a crusade against male streamers. Even though i never watched a lot lgbt/female streamers, the recommended feed was always full of them. male streamers got banned while female/lgbt were allowed to continue with basically the same accusations and evidence. contacting employees about them "losing their jobs" did not yield any answers or way later. twitch added very faulty and unfair AIs which removed clips containing copyrighted music without giving creators the chance to cut it out.

I’m just curious, was Pewdepie ever banned? I remember a lot of people getting angry over the fact that he had said some things that people of color could have been very offended by and he did the same to Jewish people? I’m just curious as I was one of the people who were upset that he seemed to have gotten a pass because he was so popular so I quit watching twitch after that. Also wasn’t Neebs Gaming banned or something for getting some kind of deal with another platform or something like that? I use to love Neebs Gaming.

I don't get why the streamers get in trouble for getting swatted, that's not them asking for it. Instead, they should punish the person who called in the swatting because they're the ones who are wasting time and resource of the Swat Team and putting not only the streamer but everyone around the streamer in danger. And frankly, I never understood why anyone would find swatting someone funny.
