My deceased brother in law worked for the MTA for nearly 40 years and never did an honest day's work, not one. As a "supervisor", he regularly "clocked in" via two-way radio 4 to 6 hours before leaving his home, piling up "overtime" every day. Prior to the rule changes, he had also accumulated more than THREE YEARS of vacation.
