Only if Abbott and disantis did not just bus and fly random immigrants further north, those immigrants that did attack people, wouldn't have gotten through so easily. If they let the border patrol do their jobs, they could have caught those criminals before they got through.

I have news for you. The illegals being sent to sanctuary cities were already in the country. They are sent to you because we here in Texas are so overrun we can’t support them anymore. Secondly, it’s Biden who has the border wide open, not Abbott or DeSantis, that I guarantee. If you want the problem to stop then it’s you who needs to do it by not voting the same people into office who created this in the first place. My family has roots in Mexico. I am not against immigration, in fact I think it’s critical for our nation to function and flourish. Stop un-vetted illegal border crossing and the crime of drugs and human trafficking. Continue temporary green cards for seasonal workers. Allow vetted immigration of people with skills for shortages in business. Come down to South Texas where I live and I’ll take you to the border. See the misery caused by cartels. People who are forced to be drug mules who die in 100+ degrees walking across the desert. Some have small children and babies. We know because some are caught and some are found as skeletons under the scattered brush. Then there are the adolescent and younger children who are brought into s*x slavery. The US Marshals just arrested 200 of there captors yesterday 07/08/24. Google it if you don’t believe me. Talk to some of the 100,000 mother who lose a son or daughter each year. Think about that if you watch a football game. That stadium could be filled with their corpses with about 20,000 more outside. The drugs don’t fly here, they cross the border. I promise it will open your eyes.
