Great job not spilling oil, and really like the Fram. That water in the engine is no bueno. May opt for a rebuild rather than risk tossing a rod?

Damn Fram yes ma’am! I leave the oil spills to the oil companies. Done at sea seems to be the best bet. If a rod were to free itself from the rest of the rotating assembly I’d just have to let it go. Perhaps wanting to identify as a pushrod instead.

Man that’s a clean car. Just watched all the gt40 head videos you made. Did you ever get the nitrous hooked up and run the car?

so you ran a 12.4 in the quarter mile with just a 75 shot? what all is your combo? if you dont mind me asking?

Hey there. No, don’t mind at all. If memory serves, had: -cold air intake -under drive pulleys -long tube headers & 2.5in off road exhaust -Edlebrock Performer upper & lower intake -M/T slicks. Don’t remember the size -MSD 6AL & coil -3.73 gears -75hp dry NOS system The car was surprisingly fast even when it was bone stock. A bit of a factory freak. I’d line up with other fox bodies (stock) and always win by a car length or more. Driver mod? LOL. The car has since had a rebuild, cam, and GT40 heads. I hope to dip into the 11s with the upgrades. We’ll see!
