I've lived in Canada for almost 60 years. Because of the mass immigration of low quality (virtually all of it from India, the most intolerant nation on the planet) we have decided to move out; likely late 2024 when the real estate market heats up again. We have two Canadian houses to sell and we're gone. Have a vacation house in St. Pete also but it's too hard for a Canadian to get into the States full time so we're selling it too and going across the pond...not saying where because I don't want everyone coming lol.
