3:30 This is clearly a lie. If you have any videos which show Japan PM says bad things to US president, show me. I saw Japan PM commented regarding this blocking, what he said was like "We need to properly understand what would be national security issues for US, otherwise we cannot proceed conversation on this topic" "Japanese economic ministry also concerns about this block, we need to request US to retrieve the points US concerned" Japan is super careful when they politically comment about US because Japan has more than 100 US bases (around 55,000 US base people stay in Japan) for their security and they know that partnership with US is the most important thing. Only this Cliffs CEO is the one saying offensive words without considering background of US and Japan's relationships for past 80 years.

Ah yes, if Cleveland-Cliffs acquires US Steel, it’s almost certain that many workers will face layoffs. Nippon Steel, on the other hand, explicitly committed to no layoffs for 10 years. They also agreed to invest a staggering $1 billion in the Mon Valley Works and around $300 million in the Gary Works to modernize operations and secure a future for US Steel. In stark contrast, Cleveland-Cliffs’ CEO has made no mention of any commitments regarding workers, investments, or even basic job security. And yet, let us not forget the man leading Cleveland-Cliffs, Mr. Goncalves-born and raised in Brazil, educated in Brazil, and who only later immigrated to the United States. Yes, an "immigrant" now at the forefront of America’s steel industry, passionately preaching about his love for America. The sheer irony is breathtaking. A Brazilian-born CEO, waving the flag of American patriotism while offering nothing tangible for American workers-what a show. Patriotism from a Brazilian? Oh, it’s intoxicating, isn’t it? Almost like a drug. While Mexico might bring fentanyl into the U.S., Mr. Goncalves has found his own export: patriotism. And for those blind to the reality of the situation, perhaps this Brazilian “patriotism” is even more potent than Mexican fentanyl. A dose of this might make you feel good for a while, but when the reality hits? Well, R.I.P. My condolences.

Well then can Cleveland hold up the mills? $30 for a stock from Cleveland, $55 from Nippon Steel. Without bias towards the bidding country, you can clearly see Nippon is the better deal. If you really think US Steel should stay in the hands of US located company, then US government who stopped the sale should pay for its continuity. Trashing the contract only because of the name US Steel, then start whining how there’s no one to stop its downfall is ridiculous.

Japan only uses Japanese standard. Japanese standard is "we should be allowed to 100% own foreign companies, but we won't allow our Japanese companies to be bought by foreign firms. Period." I don't know why so many people unhealthily praise Japan, even to the skies. Maybe they are just weebs.

The US-Japan alliance is different from the US-UK alliance. It is different from the Anglo-Saxon alliance and cannot be treated in the same way. Japan, wake up! Your true friends are nearby.
