I agree with the removing any person who did not use the legal way to obtain entry to the USA. But the Federal government DOES NOT produce any GDP or GNP. All it does is spend what State(s) licensed business produce. And prints money and creates debt and deficit by selling bonds. Simple and plain economics. That's the purpose of the Financial and Appropriations Congressional committees. The United States has 3 branches of governing that are supposed to work in tandem. How the Federal government can misappropriate funds to states if it's State's produced money that funds the government and it's budget. A first year law student can argue such a misappropriation.
