I remember that canal collapse.......hello lovely fellas, by the way - you’re both looking lovely, and Otis full of bounce.....🐶❤️ ..... it’s really good to see the repairs that have been done. Jam butty mines 😁 we have Talskiddy Treacle mine here in Cornwalll......honest! 😁 it seems very much against the spirit of Narrowboating that a water point should be padlocked off like that......unless of course the water from it is contaminated in some way. Wet wipe showers all round then. ...brings back memories of camping in the middle of nowhere! Oh my life, I’m still getting my head around aqueducts and you chuck in a boat lift........whaaat?? Hi guys, the big shaft is the site of the collapse of the tunnel in the 80's, a guy saw it cracking reversed out dropped his family then raced back through before it collapsed, one of my first canal site jobs was moving the clay from the repair from Railtrack land to the old clay pit over the tunnel. Relined Barnton Tunnel back in the day, night shift spent at the bottom of the shafts cos you could pick up radio Luxembourg, eke them were the days
