However at it s 3rd week in Flowering stage I notice the COLA Branches was still a bit skinny along with the more lower branches of Colas. I bought the trio pack of FF , used the tiger bloom and a couple days later the Cola nugs getting bulky and to my surprised the lower branches tri combs got bigger.. GREAT STUFF!!!

Very educational video thank you. I wish I would’ve had this information 15 years ago. But since then I have been using organic living soil and haven’t looked back. Basically it’s mix the soil with the living organisms with some good organic and natural fertilizers, put the plant in, after that it’s just add water. No pH meters no measuring liquids, no flushing at the end. Good clean organic smoke. Just the way plants are supposed to be grown in organic Living Soil

thank you for reviewing on tiger bloom. I just picked this up - and I'm really excited to use it because it has the two eight four ratio which is what I've been looking for - which is perfect for flower. And I want to mix it just right and give them just the right amount of nutrients - probably half strength, but it's kind of ambiguous the directions. And I godda use my intuition and get this perfect for these blooming flowers. it's my first time growing for myself and I really just want to harvest some good ass buds this year not have to buy it anymore for Christ sakes!!!! they flush automatically because they're autoflowers harvesting first to third weeks of August and that's when it's heavy rains - those last two weeks of flower. I believe you can harvest buds in the rain because it's all how you dry it and if you dry it like a boss it's going to end up perfect you might want to use extra fans and more airflow and shake them out good.
@ryanm68985 жыл бұрын
What do you mean they flush automatically? Lol
@JoelLawrence-is1km5 жыл бұрын
No plants "flush automatically" wherever you read or whoever told you that probably doesn't even know/understand what flushing is I'm not tryna be rude just tryna save people from false information that will negatively affect the overall smoke of your product also btw harvesting wet bud from the rain can risk mold growth and the best ways to dry and harvest is by natural air dry not from wind from fans this will cause your buds to dry out unevenly and will prevent even perfectly dry but w retained moisture wicked out from the stems to the outer bud to be attained do heavy research on trustworthy sites and or trust worthy grower forums that'll help you learn lots and sometimes prevent mistakes before being made you can also find people who can help you w specific questions you may have with experienced growers in the forums

I hope you learned a lot from your first and subsequent grows and have built on it. Not sure where your getting your info but it's quite suspect and poor from what you've posted. There's a lot of bad content on You Tube regarding Cannabis growing and even vegetable gardening in general. If growers focused on the soil and developed the optimum medium 99% of these fertilizers and hacks wouldn't be necessary. With inexperienced hands these products likely do more harm than good.

Great video. My question is, Say you have more then one plant (3 for example) You follow the directions and you check your PH levels. Say I'm using a watering can. How much from one mix do you pure onto each plant? Also are you doing regular watering in between and are you also checking PH levels on just the water? Last question would be, how often should I be checking the runoff PH levels? Ohh, also how are these nutrients when using hydroponic grows? Thank You so much
@CatCannabis2 жыл бұрын
I only grow in soil. I've got my pH dialed in so I know exactly what nutrients are going to bring my pH down and to what level they are going to drop to, this takes alot of learning over time to figure out. I don't know how big your plants are so I can't tell you how much to water, that's something you have to figure out by trial and error. I used to have a watering in between each feeding, but now I feed every time and will flush at the end of Flower. Like I said I only grow in soil, so can't help ya with hydro.

Do I put one gallon of water into each plant with the dose of nutrients on the chart? That part isn’t clear to me. U said u use a 5 gallon bucket is that for 5 plants?
@CatCannabis2 жыл бұрын
No. I use a 5 gallon bucket because i dont have a reservoir. You need to learn your plants and how much water they take up every feeding. This takes time and patience. If i have 5 plants, they might all take a gallon of water. But i may also have 10 plants that are smaller and also only take 5 gallons of water. If you took your time in veg, and feed every other day in soil like i do, then by the time flower phase rolls around, you should know how much each plant of yours is taking up every feeding, and slowly increasing the amount as the plant grows. This is why i use a 1000mL beaker to hand water each plant. That way i know this plant takes 2000mL or 2L of nutes, this other plant because its a different strain may take 3000mL or 3L because it likes to eat more than the other plant does. All this is learned over time.
@MsJack001112 жыл бұрын
@@CatCannabis awesome answer. I figured that’s what u meant so I just started feeding my plants each a gallon of nutrients because I usually feed my plants around 1 to 1.5 gallons of water depending on how hot it is outside. I figured I’d give them each a gallon of nutrients and half the recommended dose, wait 2-3 days and then hit them with the normal amount I usually use of straight water. And feed them again about 2 full days later with nutrients and repeat. Does that sounds about right? My plants are in 10 gallon pots. I brought them outside in the beginning of June and havnt given them any nutrients until about 4 days ago. I’m a new grower I didn’t plan on even giving any of these plants nutes but I decided on trying to help them out since they just started to flower but I don’t want to over do it. Something else I've noticed. Depending if your growing from seed or clones makes a difference if you do need to flush. Seeds develop a root ball. Clones do not. That root ball can keep that plant alive for weeks w no water. The clone has no root ball. Can flush it way faster esp if using air pruning pots. Ait pots are the best except for seedlings imo. They dry too fast w seedlings I get better results w plastic for the very beginning first 2 weeks. If you have a plant from seed and you need to flush try this...stop feeding 2 weeks before she's done. Drought your plant for 5 days. No water!! This will push all the held salts and nutrients left in the plant and push them into the buds. Don't freak out. Its dying anyway. 😆 Then give them a good flush for 3 days that is all... The rest will come out during your dry and CURE!!!

Christopher O it’s an old way to grow that considers many nutrient brands are made for plants needing more food than cannabis. It’s not as true today with many lines being made and tested exclusively on cannabis. Take for example the general hydroponic trio grow bloom and micro. A recipe called Lucas formula was developed for cannabis. Then look at veg bloom. It’s usage rates are made for cannabis, and it was tested and developed with the jungle boys; a dispensary/grow company in California. Then there is jacks hydroponics, there is a blend called 3-2-1. It refers to the ratio of 3 parts a, 2 parts b, and 1 part Epsom salts. It’s the cheapest general all purpose fertilizer for the most cannabis plants.

they are supposed to be mixed and added separately. Pretty sure it says it in the directions, By the way, dont use foxfarm, its misleading and confusing to use, especially with soil.
@scottsaustin4 жыл бұрын
yes, they are intended to be added into the same gallon of water, then the solution should be ph'ed (using a meter and ph up or ph down) @ 6.5 and then poured onto soil around the plant, then as the soil dries out, 2-3 days water with just plain water ph'd with ph up or down to 6.5-since Foxfarm is largely salt based, it's a good idea to water until you get some runoff-so you're doing a mini-flush between feedings, salt based fertilizers can build up in the soil making it go acidic and begin to interfere with the plant taking in nutrition. Always check your ph and take the time to adjust it correctly-nutrient wise, it's the most important. Mediocre quality nutrients at a proper ph will provide better results than top shelf nutrients at the wrong ph.

No. Fertilizer from the start. Growing in soil is much slower -especially if you don’t put a boatload of Great White or similar - and adding chelated nutrients will grow bigger plants two to three weeks faster.

how much different is the schedule for auto flowers?
@CatCannabis5 жыл бұрын
I have never grown an autoflower, nor do i plan to. Having the plant just flower when it thinks its ready, rather than when i think its ready just doesn't work for me. I like vegging the plants for quite some time and stress training them and such so that they are nice and bushy before flower.

@@CatCannabis you can get 2 full harvest and lbs of amazing flower before a photo is done.. you can stress train autos as well. They may not get AS BIG as a photo yet mine get 3-4ft and average 4-6oz in 70-80 days from seed per plant. Incase anyone else wanted to know.. ;-)

They should be close to a month old before giving any nutrients to the plant, at least if it's from a seed. You said sprout so I'm assuming you started from seed. But when they are little you have to treat them like a baby.
