Took it to the city recycling center, and they tried to charge our company $4,500. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I've witnessed on many occasions of regular (?) people dumping household waste in or on private commercial dumpsters. Probably because they've exceeded their allotted amount. Don't want to pay for the excess. Their reasoning is the homeless/displaced can use it when in fact there is little of value dumped. Camera's are a valuable way to determine who is actually doing the dumping.
