My tax dollars and insurance premiums pay for abortions and gender transforming medical procedures even though they are highly contrary to my moral and religious values. I pay ridiculously high medical premiums, deductibles, copays and coinsurance because I’m paying for someone else’s “free” healthcare. I pay through the nose for an education for my own child whilst also paying for an illegal border crosser’s kid to get a “free” education. My tax dollars pay for cell phones, internet service and Chromebooks so “Joe Drugaddict” and all his baby mamas won’t feel “left out” and “disconnected”. I pay for a lot of things I wish I wasn’t paying for. If I have to pay more to help someone who is actually working hard to help themselves- I can stomach that a lot easier than paying for a multitude of things I’m paying for now.
