You're an idiot. Not only did Ingraham bring it up, she had part of the speech played! At that speech, the Congresswoman said "we're gonna get this done", '" I presented it", as well as "...and guess what, the President signed it into law...." Furthermore, idiot, Kelly said his comments about what the Congresswoman said were not based solely upon the speech, but other comments made before the speech and at the "reception afterwards". Said Kelly: " it was a package deal".
