Hey Guys ... Gua Sha is an East Asian technique to help reduce inflammation and increase blood flow. It's usually done with a very smooth-edged stone (like jade) and you massage your face with smooth upward strokes. The three of you actually have great jawlines already ... but I recommend you try it ... your jawlines will be more 'snatched'.

Having actually watched Kelys interview with Whoopi didn't Kelly Clarkson say that she was told to use the drug for health reasons and was told that for a very long while by her doctor before she did it She has thyroid issues So she has a medical condition and the drug was meant to help with that The drugs Kelly used aren't necessarily weightloss injections from what she said ,( she didn't reveal the name of the one she used either ) The weight loss is a side effect of using the drug which can be anything It's probably true that she was also using exercise too and eating right But it sounded like she was forced to take the drug for health reasons and also thyroid problems can affect a singers voice so that's probably what pushed her the most

I study a lot of cultures that use a lot of healthy natural foods and etc. The Asian women have natural tools, oils and face creams that help stimulate the cells in your face. I haved used all kind of tools that help keep the skin tight. I have a heart shaped face, and If I lose weight from being sick due to allergies,colds , etc., my cheekbones drop. As I get older, I notice that it takes longer for me to get back to looking at myself. Everybody is different, but I think she had help. I learned in my 40's that some of these celebrities, like Cindy Crawford, Jane Seymour, Victoria Principal and some of the cosmetic companies on HSN and others were not being honest. So I just eat well 98% of the time and use stools that help shed the dead skin. There is nothing wrong with getting a little help to jump start. There is no need to be dishonest.

Is it just me or since Ozempic - and the associated use amongst celebrities- has the conversation about weight been upped a notch and talk of weight loss is once again louder than body positivity and acceptance. I grew up in the 1980s, 1990s through the eras of aerobics, thigh masters, home video exercise tapes, Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, the Waif Look, Heroin Chic etc... then I recall models like Sophie Dahl (before her weight loss) and later Ashley Graham the conversation shifted to seeing beauty in a wider weight range. But now all we hear about is how thin everyone is getting and whether they used ozempic to get there. Sad.

Yes you are correct, however when I bought my certfied Jade Stone, it was expensive and there is a difference. When I had a lot of money, I would get various wrapes, cool sculpting, I learned how to buy the products that were similar to the treatments that I can do at home.

It's a handheld stone device that you can get for $10 at Target, Walmart, or Marshalls. People post their before and after videos on Instagram but no the results aren't as dramatic as Lizzo's results 👀
