He has a messed up knee and had some issues with ulcers leading up and was getting really sick to where it was a health risk even if he was faking I’m not sure he could’ve even fought that night also Texas forced them to use 14 oz gloves to protect Tyson and changed the rounds to 2 minutes instead of 3
