GOAT: Why am i so afraid? Sadghuru: Fear isn't real GOAT: Gives props to Sadghuru for being wise Sadghuru: Gives props to GOAT for being an example for transformation. Word salad? for you yes! 🙌hehe basically Sadguru explained how we can easily and positively elevate human consciousness. he's careful to cast pearls before swine lest they be trampled ONnn? Letting go of resentment takes place in the heart, when we open our hearts we experience: Love Gratitude Compassion Forgiveness Understanding Kindness Joy Discernment Trust These postitive heart-based vibrational experiences provide the motive magnetic force for thoughts and feelings. Thoughts(elec)are the steering wheel. Feelings (elec)are the fuel. Emotions (mag)are the engine. A critical mass of us affects the principle of sympathetic resonance with our hearts thereby creating a synergy that positively changes the course of human events. Peace and love to you, you are loved so much more than you know, you are understood so much more than you know because we are all connected and one. If we hurt others we hurt ourself. War ought to be illegal.

Find our own balance first then we can help others with s mutuel benefit. I think He does understand and use that idea and concept well, so that we can then, show others or share with them how to do that. Pleasure can prolong pain. But true joy will eliminate pain. Joy cannot be found in pleasure. I could feel lust and engage in pornography to PLEASURE my flesh. But at the end of that carnal activity we feel the sorrow come back. Because Pleasure cannot diminish our sorrow but suppress it. True joy is found in the relationships we hold in our lives with each other. When we confide in one another and develop friendships out of the darkness and in the marvellous light. Joy is the light of the world, but pleasure is a shade for your darkness.

What an outstanding meeting in respect and balance between two leaders. It is beautiful on so many levels. It shows that a talk, a Satsang is possible without losing something without the must to defeat an opponent. It is a total different approach on how a meeting can be.

I saw this video couple of days ago sadhguru, and I didn’t fully understand what inner engineering is and how one makes that a possibility. Last night for the first time in my life I have come to know that life is meaningless! By giving meaning to things that happens around us constantly, kills the possibility. Now I am a seeker for my possibilities because what’s possible in life is absolutely limitless. This morning I have watched this video again and I get it now. You have just empowered my realization from yesterday even further. Extending lots of love to your soul ❤

Absolutely loved catching Sadhguru on Mike Tyson's podcast - what an episode! Mike's profound questions had us hooked, and his vulnerability throughout was something special. As huge fans of Mike, witnessing this side of him was truly amazing. One moment that really stood out was when Mike asked Sadhguru about the abundance of negativity we're exposed to. Sadhguru's response comparing us to lotus flowers, needing to rise from the muck to bloom, hit home. It's like a reminder that growth often emerges from challenging experiences. This episode was a blend of wisdom, connection, and authenticity. 🌸🥊🎙 #SadhguruOnTyson #LotusWisdom
