Bad take by Rich: If someone is there to do a specific job regardless of who it is, they need to be treated with the same respect, this person has a job to do, ONE TEAM ONE FIGHT. For you to belittle them and treat them as 'Less Than' is ridiculous, especially if you cant visibly tell the difference in attire of these individuals. GET IT TOGETHER RICH!
