The Suns messed up when they let Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson go. I get that they had a chance for Durant, but they’ve never recovered from gutting their bench and their key role players. Those guys are long wings who play defense, grab rebounds, and can pitch in anywhere from 10 - 17 points per game as third and fourth options. The Suns never recovered.
