How to Get Filters Back on Instagram (tutorial)

Thanks! I have a problem I believe. Because even if my location in enable, when I go to the Privacy and Security, I don't see my Instagram app. Therefore I cannot get my filters back. Do you know how can I make it happen? I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app several times, I also rebooted the phone... nothing seems to work. Thanks
