Ive Got 281 points Holly. No chips used, and I dont have Isak in my squad, joao pedro is on my subs bench with Garnacho. I picked jon duran from gameweek 1, swapping Isak for duran when I heard Isak was inured, , and im impressed with his start wow. I have a block Arsenal back 4 too with 3 Arsenal defenders.

Why are people buying Vardy, they have bought Odsonne Edouard to replace him or decrease his minutes , I prefer DCL over Vardy

@@HollyShand I do think people have forgotten that Leicester have both Edouard and Vardy is 37 years old and also his goals are kind of mistakes from the opposition defence so my advice is if someone is 50/50 about Vardy and DCL let them go to DCL

One thing you are forgetting is Vardy’s ego. He is a legendary figure for Leicester, and if he wants to play, he’ll play. Edouard by rights should have been playing before now. Only reason he hasn’t is because Vardy insisted on playing the first few games, even though some were against ‘easier’ teams. Whilst Vardy stays fit, I expect that he will continue to be hungry to play. Remember that this is likely to be his last season and he gets to go out playing premier league football again. Edouard can play alongside Vardy as well. I wouldn’t touch DCL with a 20ft barge pole. He’s the ultimate FPL troll. I wanted to downgrade Isak to Wissa but now that’s off. I am definitely looking at Vardy.

Hi Holly, thanks for the informative video. A little concerned as have both Wissa and Joao Pedro along with Hall, Quansa and Barco in my team, a little concerned I will not have 11 players on the pitch if JP does not play. I have 1 transfer for gw5 and will be wilcarding in gw6, very tempted to use my transfer to get rid of Wissa so that I definately have 11 out. Would be good to know your opnion, thanks.

I took the hit and Sold Isak to bring in Calvert Salah(c) and Robertson. Had to have a Liverpool triple up for this week. Will either be a stroke of genius or a complete disaster 😂. My first ever FPL so made bad decisions first 3 weeks which so me waste my triple captain free hit and wildcard. All in though I'm at 290 total points, which puts me not too far off the "experts" top 10. I have a better grip on what I need to do now, so hoping for a strong finish come end of the season.

Hi Holly, unfortunately my team is not looking good for this week. I have Gvardiol, Barco, Robinson, Joao Pedro, Muniz and Harwood Bellis. Really want to avoid the transfer if I can as I plan to wildcard next week and then have the extra transfer for the week after. What do you recommend I do??

Thanks, Holly, poor week 51points, some head scratching to do with wissa,pedro flagged also lewis playing last night I think kyle walker will play, not even sure if Diaz will start, I shall watch along tomorrow and hopefully can come to a decision, have 1.5 in the bank, to get watkins would need to sell either, mbuema, eze, or Diaz, so thoughts were dcl, but he's now showing yellow flag for illness, only other option is Chris Wood, mateta ❤

So lucky Brought in Wissa last week for Southampton then transferred him out for Vardy cause Wissa had City and I knew Palace didn't look great defensively this season and turns out it paid off pretty well and the fpl gods are on my side as Wissa copped a 2 month injury so saved me a transfer out headache and Vardy got an 8 pointer. Despite what some people think I like Vardy as an option as I think he's great. Very clinical in front of goal even for his age and very premier league proven, also why would Steve Cooper drop his best striker who is also their main penalty taker doesn't make any sense? If anything they'll probably play alongside each other in a 2 striker formation with Mavididi and Daka coming on from the bench for the both once Daka is fit again. DCL doesn't have the clinical edge that Vardy has and often misses a lot of pivotal chances due to being very sloppy in front of goal plus his injury record is terrible, DCL a huge avoid for me! Also, if you take a look at the fixtures coming up for Leicester soon they look really really nice. They have Fatawu, De Cordova Reid, Ayew and Buonanotte who will all play out wide meaning Daka and Mavididi will be the the 2 bench strikers for Vardy and Edouard.

@HollyShand I understand your scepticism completely. A 37 year old who drinks Red Bulls before and after every game and during half time doesn't seem reliable however I have Joao Pedro plus the Haaland captaincy if it doesn't work out for me then an easy move to Cunha maybe in GW10 from Vardy only a short term punt for me.

Hey Holly, loving the content as always! I’m currently thinking of selling Minteh to Franca to fund Cannon to DCL this week for free. The reason for going with Franca is that he’s 4.4m, which leaves me 0.1m in the bank to fund my planned GW6 moves. I’d be selling Jota, Verbruggen, and Flekken for Mbeumo, Valdimarsson, and Raya for a -8🙈. I know the hit isn’t ideal😅, but it would give me Mbeumo for his nice run and triple Arsenal. I don’t like taking hits, but I’m holding off on my wildcard until around GW12 unless injuries hit. Right now, being in the top 3k, I feel I’m in a great position to take some risks. Plus, if the hit doesn’t work out (which I doubt), I’ll still have my wildcard to fix any issues-unlike others who may wildcard in GW6. What do you think about this plan? Would appreciate your thoughts🤔!

I honestly think the switching isn't worth it... it's something to do on a wildcard! Especially justifies a GW6 wildcard if it avoids the -8...

My options in gw6 are either take Trent and wissa out for konsa and Watkins or Salah and wissa to saka and Watkins not sure what you think

@@HollyShand I was thinking the same one more option I have wissa Eze Trent Lewis to dcl saka konsa Collins only issue is very weak attack also weaker defence just to boost my midfield Salah makes it so hard to have a balanced team when you already have haaland do you agree haaland plus either saka or palmer is the way to go I think Trent is more assential than Salah imo
