This is quite a fun draft. My main criticism of FPL content creators is that a lot of them tend to do the same thing. A few of the guys in my mini-leagues went full template on GW6 wildcard and they were punished for it. Those of us who didn't go template were rewarded. Green arrows across the board for me this week. :)

Great content as usual. Hopefully WC 7 goes better than last week. I’m going with double Arsenal defense and taking a punt on Martinelli for the next 2 gm wks. Saka’s goal threat is weakened without Ødegård imo but still obviously a good pick. I think Palmer will be almost a lock on all WC this week, the kid is a baller

I have this GW7 Team; Flekken/Trent/Gabriel/Colwill/Saka/Mbuemo/Rogers/Semenyo/DCL/Haaland(c)/Watkins. Subs: Sels/Savinho/Mykolenko/Aina. Only problem for me is do i play Savinho, if so for whom? All have decent fixtures u see.

Only difference in my draft is I don’t have Saka, tried to squeeze him in but just seems impossible with Raya> Seles and Smith Rowe> Carvalho. Have got martinelli in to cover but not sure 😢

Do you have palmer? I would rather go for him. Saka is good, but his attacking output is nowhere near the level of palmer IMO. I went saka just for two fixtures and now I am regretting😢😢

I see Porro's offensive numbers being dull for a while still. Johnson and Kulu are playing well and are attacking the right flank so Porro can stay back more often than in the initial three gameweeks. I would not go for Porro just yet.

McNeil is a better buy than Rogers after gameweek 7. Everton will score lots between gw 7-12. Newcastle has not impressed in all their away matches.

I'm not sure I fully agree - I can't see myself moving off Rogers in a long time whilst McNeil feels a bit more fixture oriented. I can agree McNeil feels better intuitively in the short term

@FPLFran Rogers is a fine hold and Im happy to own for Man Utd(h) but if you own neither of McNeil and Rogers, I can definitely see a world where McNeil scores more in the next five gameweeks.

as I mentioned, think it's better to reconsider Pool picks on 10+. You don't have to permanently own a LIV player for the foreseeable, but agree to disagree. You're also rotating 2/3 Brentford picks that won't play most GWs (and they ultimately have good games).
