I never associated stress with food, but since I lost bunch of weight I'm am disgusted by food far more often. Sometimes if not often I would rather just not eat instead eating what's available. Really hard to start getting over that in my opinion.

I personally have gone from 103kg to 73kg in 2 months at 183/4cm height , didn't go to the gym , only gone maybe 6/7 times in my life , just played tennis every day & usually walking during the night with my friends , kept my normal trash diet mostly too , fast food , coca cola & sweets , just the physical activity alone was enough, I started in June so the 35C+ temperatures helped I'm guessing.

fun fact. adderall has a much higher bioavailability if ingested normally through the mouth rather than insulfation, not to mention all the waste that never makes it through the mucosal barrier into your blood in the nasal cavity. aka - eat them, don't snort them. take as directed by your prescribing physician. im glad i was i was punctual with this.

Some commissary food is pretty all right. The guys would use the steam pipes and wrap banquet fried chicken in foil and cook it when they came out to go to yard etc and it will be cooked.

Oh yeah those buffalo blue cheese were great. The first time I got a bag of shebangs I had been in for 3 weeks and hadn't had any spices for my food. No commissary yet. No salt or pepper. Just tray food. That first shebang brought tears to my eyes because the flavor was so intense.

Running burns about 100 calories per mile, so even if you run 3 miles per day that's only 300 calories burned or 1 slice of pizza Compare that to the 1600 or so calories you burn by merely existing, and excersising starts to lose its argument for weight loss.

Khaorix you eat at a surplus and lift to build muscle while also applying progressive overload. Losing weight is mostly just eating at a deficit and doing cardio will help but mostly it’s just eating clean and at a caloric deficit
