I did the same setup in my Arrma Felony and it’s absolutely awesome it totally changed how much I love driving my car it’s a whole different experience driving my car it’s crazy when I drift with it and doing speed runs I absolutely love this remote I also changed the steering wheel to an aluminum weighted one

Test it thoroughly, if it works and has good range, do not do firmware updates. Lol.

@@nutsnbolts4601 yeah, if poor range, cutting out, going full speed and crashing your expensive RC is good to you then I guess so. A lot of people have had bad experiences with this radio. Glad you haven't crashed any of your RC cars or lost range at 50 feet like some people have.

@@nutsnbolts4601 that's why I'm saying be sure to test it out, you only have so much time to get your money back and I got screwed with a crap transmitter and missed the window for a return and still had to buy the flysky noble nb4+ so I had a radio that works right.

Need to have the antenna as far as possible away from other electronics and above the body. Also, you can set the power level on the camera

Yes you can run the 1721 in the infraction. If it's the 2400kv you need to be careful it draws a lot of amps. If it's the 1260kv you can bash around with it all day long

I would love to watch pro's race with FPV trucks or buggies. Have the display output run into a sim racer set up. Steer with a real wheel and use real pedals. That could be fun.

The vibration of the steering wheel is what the GoPro catching in audio, that's what you hear. I need to get rid of it asap

No that fan is a little smaller than what would go on the MMX8

Make sure your throttle trim nob on the remote is set to 0 or straight up. Probably not going because ESC doesn't see neutral

@@InnovationRC yeah the MT12 is an exact reset of everything you know about RC TX programming and setup. But if you can get your brain to think more like a programmer EdgeTX is Sooooo customizable. They even have a 2axis Gyro for it now to go in the switch bay at the base. I think it’s super cool that you get free stuff to review.

Cool factor? Sure. But in practicality it doesn't work. Been trying that for 3 years. FPV in RC fast cars is too jarring as opposed to racing or freestyle drones. The cell phone app makes sense as far as recording but to purchase a new $300 Futaba radio just for video does not. The "stupid goggles" makes it immersive. Nobody's going to look down at their radio and drive FPV. There are less expensive options to do FPV and/or record inside the vehicle. I like your enthusiasm though. Keep it up!

I do fast offroad fpv all the time and itsa riot. Now caddx and her are building gimbals for fpv cams it's getting easier for people to give it a go

nothing wrong with goggles id much rather have my orqa fpv goggles than look at that small screen on remote how can you drive with such a small screen? kinda seems useless having the screen on remote

The principle of it is great, but if needed, I can just hook up a tablet with the same receiver device as what I used my phone with and I solve that problem 👌
