Yes. You can get insurance on your voice. My grandma's organist got insurance on his hands because it was his livelihood to play the organ and get paid and so if anything happened to his hands he could draw from the insurance. It's like a safety precaution. I guess it would make sense for him and Tina Turner since that was their main job/occupation.
