In the past, I did not ask him about the divine will and Louisa. He has said to me be careful about private revelations even if the church or other priests have been assigned to it. He is a great priest for our church. He always does his priestly duties of the church. I pray for him.

Some folks are afraid of being bamboozled. They might accept Divine Will as a concept and even try to follow it as they understand it, but be gun shy of private revelation.

Or if not the private revelation itself, the visionary, or the myriad of interpretations, questionable translation, etc. Or if not shy about the visionary, then the private revelation and the other reasons listed.

If I was gun shy of private revelation I wouldn't pray the Rosary, or the Divine Mercy, or the 5 first Saturday's, or the 9 first Fridays etc etc etc......

Since I came to learn about the gift of the Divine Will, this is one of the questions I have in my mind because I want my friends and loved ones to have this gift too because I thought if everyone will have this gift the world will be a better place. I totally agree with you. I read about tens of apparitions and messages online given by Jesus or Mary to certain individuals but I don’t believe their authenticity bc I know how Jesus speaks in His TRUE messages like Gabrielle Bossis, Fr. Gobi, Luisa Piccaretta and many others. But the church has not yet approved the messages of True Life in God which is about the unity of the churches, (but it’s sure on it’s way to be recognized as being authentic and given for our times), the Garabandal messages ???, and the Medjugorie apparitions as well. It’s important to be vigilant and having discernment in these critical times. 🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️

I think it's possible to read with an objective eye, vis-a-vis Church teaching and test the prophecy and retain what is good. This is what Scripture tells us to do in 1 Thess 5:20-21 to not treat prophecy with contempt lest we stifle the Spirit. For instance, there is a famous woman who supposedly receives inner locution from Jesus. When you read her notes, they are in line with Church teaching. But when you read her opinions about her own notes, you notice the political biases. Even Pope Emeritus Benedict called her to clarify her message precisely because she mixes her human understanding with the messages. So I take the cue from Pope Benedict that I have to be discerning when reading her messages, because there could be mixture. And I think there truly is mixture!
